Currently, we are looking for a part time Sports Performance Coach for our Laguna Hills & Costa Mesa locations.
Minimum 12 hours/week & availability that can include weekends:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm & Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
About the Role:
We're looking for a vocal, driven, and organized Sports Performance Coach to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about movement training and athlete development, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll work across two locations and play a key role in building your own client base, managing group classes, and handling essential administrative tasks.
This position also offers opportunities to conduct private and semi-private training sessions, allowing you to grow your impact and income while delivering personalized coaching experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading high-energy sports performance training sessions for groups of up to 10 clients.
- Deliver private and semi-private training sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain a personal client list through outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Handle scheduling, client communications, and class coordination across both locations.
- Manage administrative duties including tracking attendance, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, professional, and supportive training environment.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling and adapt to the needs of both locations.
- Proven experience in sports performance and movement training.
- Ability to work between Laguna Hills and Costa Mesa.
- Strong communication skills; vocal and confident in leading groups.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage scheduling, administrative, and payment responsibilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
- Team player with a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with client management tools, scheduling platforms, and payment systems.
- Certification in strength & conditioning, speed and agility, personal training, or related field.
- Experience working with athletes or in performance-focused environments.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology
