Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately document information for billing purposes
- Computer experience preferred
- Assist therapists with patient treatment activities as directed and within state guidelines
- Prepare treatment areas and organize equipment and supplies for patient care
- Maintain linen supplies throughout the clinic
- Ensure treatment areas and common spaces remain clean, organized, and safe
- Monitor supply inventory and notify the supervisor when reordering is needed
- Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources
- Assist the Front Office Coordinator with patient check-in/check-out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting copayments
- Support overall clinic operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director or Administrator
